System Assessment for VoIP Monitoring Capability with Dynamic Routing

  • Setup a network priority routing-based table that could differentiate different categories of customers.
  • The routing table identifies a customer's originator point.
  • The system then selects the best quality route for the category of customer and where the ITSP will potentially make the greatest profit.
  • The internal VoIP monitor performs quality testing on different destinations being called.

Technical Specifications of VoIP Monitoring and Dynamic Quality-based Routing Setup

  • If a routing problem arises, the system has the ability to either send an alert to change the route or dynamically change routing according to quality, completely on its own.
  • If the system performs Dynamic Quality-based Routing, it automatically sends a notification record update to the VoIP system administrator.

The Result:
